Ingredients
- 1 block Velveeta
- 1lb browned chorizo
- 1 can Rotel (medium)
- 1 lime
- 1 full jalapeno
- Grillheads Jack of All Rubs
- 1 bag pepper jack cheese
- 1 beer of your choice
- 1 bag of cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Mix Velveeta, chorizo, Rotel, juice of one lime, 1 diced-up jalapeno, a healthy layer of Grillheads Jack of All Rubs, 1 bag of pepper jack cheese, and one beer of your choice
- Cover with foil
- Add to your smoker at 225 degrees
- Stir every 15 minutes
- After 30 minutes add another bag of cheddar cheese
- Stir thoroughly
- When thoroughly melted and mixed, pull off the smoker
- Enjoy!
