Smoked Bologna Recipe
Some meals take you straight back to childhood memories and this one really hit home! Now the only question is are you making a bologna sandwich or crushing this bologna appetizer?
Ingredients
- 1/2 log of bologna
- Mustard
- Grillheads Jack of All Rubs
Directions
- Score the bologna log every 2-inch long ways
- Then score the other way every inch
- Add mustard as your binder
- Apply Grillheads Jack of All Rubs liberally
- Fire up the grill to 275 degrees
- Add on bologna for two hours
- Roll the bologna every half hour
- Cut up and go to town!
