- 1 Beer
- Grillheads Jack of All Rubs
- 1 Lime
- 1 Orange
- Onion
- Olive Oil
- Cilantro
Directions
- Add one beer, a heavy coating of Grillheads Jack of All Rubs, the juice of one lime and one orange, sliced onion, olive oil, and cilantro to a dish and mix thoroughly.
- Put your steak in the marinade you created in the previous step for 3 hours.
- Get your griddle or grill up to high heat. Remove your steak from the marinade and throw it on.
- Sear both sides - cook for two minutes on each side.
- Toss the onions from the marinade on the griddle as well until they are brown/caramelized.
- Slice up the steak and add to your tortilla with chopped-up onions, cilantro, and caramelized onions
