Queen Bee Pork Ribs Recipe

Ingredients
- Rack of pork ribs
- Dijon Mustard
- Grillheads Queen Bee Dry Rub
- Apple juice
- Foil
- Butter
- Honey
- Brown sugar
- BBQ sauce
Directions
- After trimming up your ribs, add a binding layer of mustard to both sides of the ribs
- Apply a liberal coat of Grillheads Queen Bee to both sides of the ribs and pat in
- Fire up the grill to 250 degrees and add the ribs over indirect heat
- Let cook for 2.5 hours and every 45 minutes, spritz with apple juice
- Get your foil ready by adding several slices of butter, a generous amount of honey, and a few scoops of brown sugar
- Pull the rubs and set meat side down in the foil then wrap up tightly
- Put back on the grill for one hour
- Pull from foil and back to grill
- Add a nice glaze of your favorite BBQ sauce
- Let cook for one more hour
- Carve up and enjoy!
