Queen Bee Pork Ribs Recipe

  • Rack of pork ribs
  • Dijon Mustard
  • Queen Bee Dry Rub
  • Apple juice
  • Foil
  • Butter
  • Honey
  • Brown sugar
  • BBQ sauce


  1. After trimming up your ribs, add a binding layer of mustard to both sides of the ribs
  2. Apply a liberal coat of Queen Bee to both side of the ribs and pat in
  3. Fire up grill to 250 degrees and add the ribs over indirect heat
  4. Let cook for 2.5 hours and every 45 minutes, spritz with apple juice
  5. Get your foil ready by adding several slices of butter, generous amount of honey and a few scoops of brown sugar
  6. Pull the rubs and set meat side down in the foil then wrap up tightly
  7. Put back on grill for one hour
  8. Pull from foil and back to grill 
  9. Add a nice glaze of your favorite BBQ sauce
  10. Let cook for one more hour
  11. Carve up and enjoy!
